I am General Counsel of Akiflow, a US company selected for Y Combinator’s accelerator programme in 2020. My work covers privacy, contracts, intellectual property and corporate governance.

Since 2022, I have also served as an Akiflow board member and worked on software development.

On the technical compliance side, I wrote licenses-verifier, which checks software licences automatically.

I practise administrative law: litigation before regional administrative courts and the Council of State, extraordinary appeals and legal advice. I joined the Milan Bar in 2025 and have been admitted to Italy’s higher courts since 2024.

My practice covers urban planning and construction, public procurement, local public services, in-house companies and energy. I also work on access to documents, transparency, data protection and public recruitment.

After experience at Carnelutti and Bonelli Erede Pappalardo, I worked at Greco-Muscardini in Milan, first as a trainee and then as a lawyer. I qualified in 2012.

I also trained public bodies in transparency, access and digitalisation.
